Buffalo River Co Return and Refund Policies

Buffalo River Co has two Product Brands: Heritage Prints and Heritage Tables. Each product brand has its own Return and Refund Policy. Make sure you review the appropriate policy for the product that you are purchasing.

What is Your Heritage Prints Return Policy?

Note that the intentional preservation of historical character (yellowed paper patina, subtle creases, etc.) is part of what makes our prints unique, not a flaw, and not a reason for return. Please review pictures of prints in detail before making a purchase.

  • We accept returns of Unframed Prints within 30 days of purchase
  • Framed prints cannot be returned due to their custom nature
  • Returned prints must be in new condition and in original packaging
  • Email info@buffaloriver.co with your order # for return authorization
  • Returns without authorization may not be accepted

If your order arrives damaged, email info@buffaloriver.co with photos for a replacement.

Heritage Tables Return and Refund Policy

After White Glove Delivery, our Heritage Tables are not subject to return or refund.

If your Heritage Tables order is received with damage and you properly follow the White Glove Delivery process, we will repair or replace the damaged item.

We embrace the Time Worn Character that is emblematic of our Furniture. The patina aged character our Furniture provides its unique charm, not flaws. We love wood with a story. These details honor the material's history and make each piece authentically beautiful.

Time Worn Character refers to the unique patina and marks that tell the wood's story, including:

  • Cracks and blemishes
  • Knots
  • Nail and insect holes
  • Saw marks
  • Sunspots and fading
  • Effects of weather and farm use

These are not imperfections, rather features that honor the material's history and make each piece authentically beautiful and unique, not a flaw, and not a reason for return. Please review pictures of Heritage Tables in detail before making a purchase.
